Room reservations are handled by our booking engine partner. When you select “Book Now” or “Check Availability” you are taken to a secure booking page operated by that partner. Your reservation, payment, cancellation and refund terms are those shown at the time of booking and in your booking confirmation, together with the policies of the property you book.
Restaurant reservations, event tickets and experiences may be handled by the individual venue or by third-party platforms. Their own terms apply to those bookings.
4. Membership
The Guest Society membership is free to join. Member benefits, tiers and availability are described on our Membership page and may change from time to time. Benefits are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash and are personal to the member unless stated otherwise. We may suspend or end a membership that is misused.
5. Prices, offers and availability
We aim to keep information about our properties, prices, events and offers accurate and up to date. However, details such as opening hours, menus, facilities and event dates may change without notice. Prices shown on the Website are for information only; the price that applies to a booking is the one confirmed at the time of reservation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, photographs, videos, logos, brand names and design, belongs to The Guest Society or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not reproduce, modify or use our content commercially without our written permission.
