We are looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to join the team at Cocana Resort. In this role you will oversee daily food and beverage operations across our dining venues, ensuring every guest experience reflects the relaxed sophistication that defines the Cocana brand. You will work closely with the F&B Manager and kitchen team to maintain service standards, support and develop junior staff, and contribute to the warm, effortless atmosphere our guests return for. What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar F&B supervisory role, ideally within a resort or hotel
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Genuine passion for guest experience and attention to detail
- Calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving instincts
- Good working knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility to work across shifts including evenings and weekends
